History of The Meeting Place

Built of local bath stone and now painted white, the house dates back to 1900.
The house was built by the Bryant family and was used at one time as a chapel for a short time. It then went onto become a storeroom for a shop before being transformed into a much loved family home.

The present owners are still in contact with one of the surviving members of the family, the little girl resting on her mother's knee.

Inside there are a wealth of originalfeatures. Fireplaces and soft carpeted floors enhanced by simple oak furniture from the period.
